How to Orders
To place an order, you must first create an account at www.sangsterbooks.com. Click on the ‘Create an Account’ option and follow the instructions. If you already have any account, simply click on ‘Log-in’ and enter your email address and password.
Select the item and quantity you wish to purchase then add to ‘My Cart’. The product will be added to your shopping list. The number of items on your shopping list can be viewed at the top of every page, under ‘My Cart’. If you want to see the items on your list, click ‘My Cart’.
From your ‘My Cart’ page you can Check out by clicking the button ‘Proceed to Checkout’ at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions.
For those hard-to-find items, we offer special order service. If you wish to make a special order, please click on ‘Services’ and select the ‘Special Order’ option. Fill in the required information and submit email. A member of our Customer Service Team will contact you.
If you wish to place a large quantity order of a particular item or several items, please click on ‘Services’ and select the ‘Wholesale Order’ option. Fill in the required information and submit email. A member of our Customer Service Team will contact you.
Tracking your Order

Out of Stock Items
If an item is ordered and becomes unavailable upon processing the order, you will be informed and a refund will be made to your credit card. Refunds processed takes up to 7 business days to be reflected in your account.

Payments are accepted in both Jamaican and US currency using Visa and Mastercard ONLY. eGift Card are available and accepted ONLY in Jamaican currency.

This eGift Card is only redeemable online towards the purchase of goods at sangstersbooks.com. If a purchase exceeds your eGift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method. eGift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, used for purchases outside of Sangster’s Book Stores, redeemed for more than face value, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or returned for a cash refund. Payment is authorized at the time of purchase and settled on the same day.

How long does it take for Credit Card Refunds?
Credit Card refunds take up to 7 business days to be reflected in your account.
What happens if I'm out when you deliver?
If you are not available to accept delivery, our shipper will call to advise that delivery was attempted.
I did not receive my order. What should I do?
An item ordered could become unavailable. If this happens, we will inform you via email of the earliest available time and keep you informed until the item becomes available.
