Sangster’s Book Stores' trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Sangster’s Book Stores' in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Sangster’s Book Stores. All other trademarks not owned by Sangster’s Book Stores that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Sangster’s Book Stores.

Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Sangster’s Book Stores does not knowingly sell products to children; rather, it sells to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under the age of 18 years old, you may use sangstersbooks.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Pricing

With respect to items sold by Sangster’s Book Stores, we cannot confirm the price of an item until your order has been placed, as such they can change without prior notice. Payment will be authorized at the point of purchase and will be settled on the same day. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Risk of Loss

IF A USER PURCHASES AN ITEM FROM SANGSTER’S BOOK STORES THAT IS NOT AS DESCRIBED ON THE SANGSTER’S BOOK STORES SITE, THE USER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO RETURN SUCH ITEM IN AN UNUSED CONDITION FOR A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.
Termination of Usage
Sangster’s Book Stores may issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate any User's right to use or access all or any part of the Sangster’s Book Stores website including any account thereon, without notice, for any reason in Sangster’s Book Stores' sole discretion, including without limitation violation of the Terms of Use, Sangster’s Book Stores' belief that such access would violate any applicable law or would be harmful to the interests of, or potentially cause financial loss or legal liability to, Sangster’s Book Stores, any Sangster’s Book Stores Provider or another User.
In certain cases, in Sangster’s Book Stores’ sole discretion, Sangster’s Book Stores may provide written notice (a "Restriction Notice") to a User (a "Restricted User") to inform such Restricted User that (i) his or her right to use or access any part of the Sangster’s Book Stores Site has been terminated including the right to use, access or create any account thereon; (ii) that Sangster’s Book Stores refuses to provide any services to such Restricted User; and (iii) any subsequent orders placed by a Restricted User will be subject to cancellation. Other conditions may apply and shall be set forth in the Restriction Notice.
Reviews, Comments, Communications and Other Content
