When will I be charged?

Payments are processed and authorized at the time of purchase and settlement made on the same day.

How do we secure personal information?

All personal information is protected and secured. Sangster’s Book Stores Ltd. does not share personal information with third parties.

We take significant and appropriate security measures, including physical, technological and procedural measures, to help to safeguard your personal information and to prevent unauthorized access and disclosure. In addition, we use industry-standard technology, encryption technology in the transmission of certain sensitive personal information, designed to prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to your personal information, and, as technology develops, we intend to take additional measures to improve security.

How do I cancel an order?

Cancelling an order is easy. Simply send the request via “Contact Us”. Please note that orders can only be cancelled if not yet shipped.

Can I track my order?

Once you receive your order confirmation email with your tracking number, you can track your order on-line via our third-party shipper at www.taracan.com

What happens if I'm out when you deliver?

If you are not available to accept delivery, our shipper will make a maximum of 3 attempts after which the goods will be returned to our warehouse.

How do I return a product?

You can return by visiting any of our 13 Sangster’s Book Stores locations within 14 days of delivery.

  1. Goods must be packaged in their original packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns for opened CDs and DVDs, multi-media products and unwrapped books. Please refer to Non-Returnable List.
How do I get a replacement item or exchange an item?

If you received a faulty item and need to replace it with the same item, please return to any Sangster’s Book Stores retail branches within 14 days of delivery accompanied by the original invoice as well as copy of the signed delivery note. Exchanges

We will be happy to process a return within 14 days of delivery at any Sangster’s Book Stores retail branches which will allow you to make a new purchase.
